The following list shows basic ACT Test fees. For more information on test fees, please see the official ACT Test site.
ACT Test Basic Registration Fee - $30.00
The basic registration fee for the ACT tests includes the exam (and the 4 Subject Tests) and reports for you, your high school and up to four colleges. Note that you must provide the information for the four colleges at registration. The basic fee does not include the optional writing test.
Extra College Choices (up to 6 maximum) - an additional $8.50 each
You must provide these college choices during registration.
ACT Optional Writing Test - an additional $14.50 You may sign up for the Writing Test if you feel it will increase your chances of admission to a particular college and/or a college you plan to apply to requires it.
Late Fees - an addition $19
In order to avoid paying the late fee, you will need to register for the ACT test by the normal registration deadline. If you miss this deadline, you may still be able to apply and pay the late fee.
